WHAT IS THE POLISH CLASSICS: SUNDAY DINNER CLASS?

In Poland, the Sunday dinner is a family institution. It connects generations, creates bonds and builds love for home-made comfort food. Millions of Poles will repeat the Sunday dinner ritual craving such classics as rosół, barszcz, mielone or gołąbki.

With our 2-hour online cooking class, we will take you for a traditional Polish dinner where, accompanied by one of our guides and chefs, you will learn how to prepare a mouthwatering meal for you and your family or friends. We will guide you through the process and tell fascinating stories behind the dishes. You will learn why soups are an all-year-round staple of Polish meals, how not to mistake lunch for dinner or how an invitation for a coffee may end up in a multiple-course feast.

We want this class not only to be a cooking presentation but also a story about Poland and its culture.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

During our online cooking class you will learn to prepare two dishes: soup (an indispensable element of a Polish dinner) and a main course.

You will be emailed a list of widely available ingredients before the class and during the online presentation we will guide you, step by step, through the process so that by the end of the class you can sit down and enjoy your meal.

If you’re afraid you won’t keep up, don’t worry! Even if you decide not to cook with us, we will keep you entertained throughout the event and the recording of the class will be available for you to watch at any time later.
